The staff were great and the burgers just right. My 9 year old was so impressed that he looked through his own pockets trying to find some money to tip the waiters.... He said it was the best burger he ever had.
The black lager was actually really good too.
The prices are pretty much on the high side though.....

Great burger! Not the best I have ever had but very good. Lots of interesting items that you can make your burgers into. Kinda pricy but not bad for Niagara Falls tourist area. Service was good and quick. Went for lunch and not to many people there seems a bit quiet. Would recommend especially if you want to try different types of burgers with M&ms is a Reese’s pieces peanut butter cups inside it maple syrup or anything you can think of they will put in your burger enjoy

So slow.  We had 5 adults and 3 kids (granted) but it was a two hour meal. We got our own menus, we waited ten minutes for waters(after 20+ minutes before we met our waitress), at least 40 minutes for food. Thankfully we asked for our bills w the kids ice cream. I have no idea what took so long. It wasn't busy. Food was expensive but decent. Based on the location, prices were not a shock. Being from out of town, we cannot give you another chance. Sorry, not impressed.

Okay, so I'm going to be honest, it's pricy.

But SO worth it. My husband and I got a buy one get one free deal for burgers, so gave it a whirl. We paid about $50 for the first burger, an order of fried pickles (delicious!), a milkshake and a pop. Burgers came with huge servings of fries.

Our waitress was a joy, and we hope she gets a million tips every day.

The only downside is, there's no parking, but it's in the tourist area of Niagara falls, so there's parking lots everywhere. If you're going to attend some touristy things anyway, no problem.

All in all, enjoyed it, and plan on going back for a special occasion or two.

This place has awesome burgers and a great amount of variety. You get to choose your own "dressing" and then your own meat (great for vegetarians as you can make it a veggie burger). The fries are crispy and delicious. I'd highly recommend! I bought the beverly hills lawsuit with chicken. :)
