Quick service and fresh burgers. Culver’s is always pretty great for a lunch stop on a road trip. Bathrooms were pretty small and hard to social distance in, but they were clean. While we were waiting to order there were 2 customers with missed items, an older lady working on September 9th argued with the customers about the items not actually being missing because she knew she put them in the bags. I’ve never heard an employee at a Culver’s argue with a customer about a mistake before, it was uncomfortable.
Not bad food came out hot and fresh!!! Ladies were great!!! Only issue for me was they gave me a Pepsi instead of root beer but that was easily fixed!!! I was around open so I didn't have to wait long!!! I added jalapenos to my burger which I highly recommend!!! Definitely will be back!!! I would go early I don't know what it is like during peak hours!!
Very nice staff. Lots of options. We ordered burgers, grilled cheese, tenders, & shrimp. The desserts were awesome. I got a caramel pecan shake and my wife an espresso heath one. All good. We drove 30 minutes to get here just for the shakes and it was worth it.
Went through the drive through. They were very fast and efficient. They even offered a Pup cup of custard for our Great Pryenees Jack. He was as happy as we were. Food was amazing and our fries were hot and crispy. Just the way I like em!!Food: 5/5
The food was great! Far above McDonalds quality wise. They are a little more expensive, but it's a good treat. Despite a really long line, we got our food relatively quickly. I would always expect a small wait when in a Culver's drive through line.Food: 5/5
I'm still in the process of ordering 1 thing off the menu that I haven't had yet! Everything i shovel into my mouth is delicious! I know what I said about fast food. This is not that. And let's face it the only reason for the 4 stars is cuz of the drive thru.First time here I loved it. So much, I came back.... with my friends! This is some good eats, peeps!
Everything was great as usual at Culver's. I just got fries instead of the cheese curds I ordered. Simple mistake and I didn't verify before I pulled away.Food: 5/5
Sub par food...the cheese on the burger wasn't very good. It took us a long time to get our food and it was a little cold. The malt shake wasn't very malty in flavor. They admitted that they forgot about us which was both disappointing and nice. The restuarant and bathrooms were clean and nice but the water pressure was low and the soap dispenser didn't work. Also...the TP was very cheap quality and the toilet was in a very low position. On a more positive note.. the stall was very spacious and clean.
This restaurant is always clean, and the associates are welcoming! I appreciate the dividers in the dining room so I don't feel like I am dining with everyone when I want to be alone to visit with my Honey!Food: 5/5
Ok, it's fast food, y'know? But, the staff was attentive and kind, the facilities were clean and neat. The men's restroom could have used a bit more attention, but nothing extreme. There were few diners in house, but business was brisk due to drive through customers. We waited about 10 minutes or less to get our food, which they brought to the table a service the distinguishes Culver's from other fast food joints.
