We like the food of course, but the floors were sticky. Our cashier was perfect and we received our order in a timely manner. We went inside to get our to go order because our experiences in drive thru have been less than pleasant.Food: 4/5
Ordered my food and waited. After over ten minutes and multiple people that came in after me got their orders. I went to the counter to ask and they had no idea about my order and had to make it then. Barely got a sorry.Food: 3/5
Ordered number 7. Chicken quesadilla and a taco. They couldn't be bothered to cut the quesadilla into quarters like Taco Bell has been doing for decades. Had to pull over to eat this... Defeats the purpose of a drive thru.
Can't go wrong with this taco bell. They also have KFC attached to it so if one of your kids doesn't want a taco they can get Mac n cheese or chicken. Very friendly staff
We placed our order and I asked for mayo. The cashier told me they don't have mayo. I asked her do you put mayo on chicken sandwiches? She replied "yes". I said then I would like a side of mayo please. The cashier replied " you can stop being rude with me" a manager said yes she can have mayo. Problem solved thought, she only rang up my husband's order and none of what I ordered. I got a refund. Wendy's next door was much better service.
It took half hour to get the food. Everything in our order was wrong and they forgot more than a few things all together. It was definitely busy but being right off the highway it should be expected and prepared for. I don't leave reviews but this was really bad.
We stopped at KFC/Taco Bell on our way though and went in to order and use the restroom....I am glad we did instead of going through the drive through. IT WAS THE FILTHIEST RESTRAUNT AND BATHROOM I HAD EVER SEEN!!!! SO GROSS!!! My wife looked at me and said I don't think I want to eat here and I agreed at told them that it was disgusting in there and there was no way We'd eat there.
They made my food so fast that my name was called before I was done walking from the counter to my table
Employees are always very rude, plus your Order is never made correctly. If I’m paying for extra meat on nachos, it doesn’t mean ignore it!
We had KFC same building The gentleman at the counter was very nice , great service! Our food was hot, just like we like it.Food: 5/5
