"As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests."

Great food nice service but slow. Atmosphere was very claustrophobic was waiting for order in a small area with half a dozen kids playing in a tiny waiting area. Also they opened doors late for lunch and had to wait just to get in.Food: 5/5

Ordered the new roadhouse chicken- the 1st one I was given had 1 crispy onion, 1 piece of bacon and a spicy red sauce. The 2nd one I was given, 30 minutes later had 1 onion no bacon and 3 pickles. $9.50 and 40 minutes of my time I expect much better.
Great spot to stop. The wife and I were on the road and stopped at Rally's and it didn't disappoint. The food was hot and fresh and the people in the drive threw had great attitudes even though they were busy. 5 stars all around.Food: 5/5
I was charged an extra $14.99 for wings I didn't order. I was kind and understanding when explaining the discrepancy and requesting a refund. They supposedly refunded me a total of $17.36 for ranch as well and I still haven't received it. This was 2 weeks ago! Still no sign of my refund. I called a few days ago and was told I need to consult with my financial institution. I explained that I just so happen to work at my financial institution and have seen absolutely zero hint of a refund. The problem is on their end. It's my money & I want it now! That wasn't fair. I'm kind and polite but nearly twenty dollars to be ripped off of is pretty excessive and frustrating.
Ordered 2 sandwiches with no onion. Onion allergy. Made wrong! Couldn't eat lucky I don't go into anaphylactic shock from one bite. Fries okay but food quality is terrible! Burgers seem n taste cheap for $4-7 burger Need quality control!
My husband and I ce here tonight got home with our food to fine half uncooked bacon on his burger I'm not sure if waiting 25 minutes was worth going there

I was in West Branch, and I told my buddy their strawberry cheesecake Sundae was off the chart. So we hit the drive-thru and got it. It was fantastic, and the customer service was outstanding. If you have not had this delicious treat, you are missing out. So delicious
Inexpensive, taste of food excellent, love the apple cinnamon dessert, drive threw only u can sit outside there's a few tables, friendly workers
