Our family is local to the area, so we frequent this establishment often. This day every table/booth was dirty, not washed off from previous attendees. Garbage was everywhere; tables, floor, counters, bathrooms. 3-4 of the sodas were spitting out plain carbonation. We hadn't noticed until our 4 year old said it tasted funny. Before we could sit down we asked a worker if we could get a table wiped down and he brought us a rag handed it to my husband and said he was on break. We ended up having to wash our own table to eat at. Others were leaving with their food because of the dirty tables or having to clean them off themselves as well.
Fast and friendly service. Large parking lot in back for truck and trailerFood: 5/5
UPDATE... Ask for Jeremy if you have an issue. He is the REAL deal Manager of the place. He came to the phone with a great customer service attitute. It was very obvious the difference in training. He made everything right for us. Very pleased with his on the spot concern and care. Thank you Jeremy, we really appreciate it. I hope the un-named girl is retrained to be as good as you~! We remain KFC fans for life~! Ordered large order chicken finger's basket, with 2 mashed potaoes with gravy, mac & ch, cole slaw, 8 biscuits. Get home to Prudenville in pouring snow to find NO gravy at all ! Also no dip 4 the 16 ckic fingers. Asked 4 honey mustard & bbq. So call & was told off & hung up on by so called night manager ! Called back phone picked up & hung up on again several times. Big mistake... I will be contacting your district management Mon. We will see how they feel about your job preformance.
I refuse to go to this waste of space poor excuse of a KFC! Its been months now since i emailed my complaint and provided details about my order! I was shorted about 30 dollars worth of food! Not one person within the company has made it right with me! Travel to saginaw and go to yayas instead! Or just go to walmart and get better quality fried chicken then what this KFC pushes out!
The bun on sandwich was hard. It was left out or that old. Didn't get my complete order was already on the interstate before I realized. Had to ask for a receipt. I didn't want to take the 20 mins out of my day and waste the same amount of gas to go complain about it.Food: 1/5
Just came through around 3:15 and whoever is taking orders in drive was rude and argumentative. She definitely should not be dealing with public.Food: 3/5
Terrible service, Kevin who worked drive thru window, had a horrible attitude taking our order when we had asked a few questions we wanted to know, then when we pulled up to the window he was even tell co workers oh great, look they're back the ones you said that were nice but he was definitely had a ignorantway ot saying things about them. The Manager should fire you! You are very disrespectful human and if you don't like your job and treat your customers like that you shouldn't be working there or in customer service.
I went for an early lunch and was turned away from being able to order kfc food. I was there 4 minutes before 10 and they wouldn't even take my order, stated kfc opens at 10. Usually a decent experience.
Very hit and miss. Sometimes it's a 5 star meal and other times it's a 2 or 3. Not my first choice like it use to be.
It's been awhile since I've been to KFC, and I must say, it's a pleasant surprise. Better value than burger joints. I like it.Yet they need diet Dr pepper or coke zero to get 5 stars from me.
