Let’s keep this short. 1 They did not get our order complete in the drive thru. Had to go inside. 2 They were completely ignoring the line inside. I waited 10-15 minutes—during which the older gentleman in front of me left, saying “guess I’ll just go home”—before so much as being acknowledged and I had to speak up to even get that. 3 Once on the road again, I discovered a too-crunchy surprise in my chicken tender. See photo. I wasn’t aware rib bones were in the number 8 these days. Needless to say, I didn’t ring the bell on the way out.
Good clean Arby's courteous staff food was good Intel all of our food began being sprayed by our controllers with human waste and ingested by animals. No one said a word when they began allowing it 4or 5 years ago Can't you people smell and taste that ? However that is not Arby's fault as it is sprayed on all foods
Was ordering the deal on the sign outside manager came out and said what's the problem no problem just teach employees how to take a order fish was cold and fries as well last time at Arby's not a good experience
Above and beyond! August 30th, 2022 After working on a project for 14 hours we tried to find a place still open to get some supper and we went to Arby's on Cook Rd., West branch Michigan! Wow placing our order we realize that there was one minute left before the store was closed yet they took our order and it was awesome very great people working there at this Arby's on Cook Rd., West Branch Michigan! Jasmine, Kevin and Tommy who cooked our meal! Great meal and great people this is what every business needs to have! Thank You for taking care of us at such a late hour even though it would have been easier to just say you are closed! Tip for consumers: Enjoy Products used: Great Food
