Great tasting food and drinks! Unfortunately many complain about the wait time and service without realizing What it takes to offer many items that are of superior quality than what the competition offers. Overall “yes” you will often wait longer depending on what others in front of you are ordering not to mention what you will order and the time it takes to prepare. However important to remember is that you stopped because you wanted “better” and perhaps get what others don’t offer. Thank you to the workers for all your hard work!

Service was the slowest I have ever had, we got off 75 for a quick coffee, there was only one person in line, by the time we got back on 75 we had spent almost a half hour there.Food: 5/5

Unfortunately the slowest service I've experienced in fast food. I usually give good reviews but 26min in line drive thru No excuse for this

Horrible Slow Service It seems the workers did not care about working or customers. Very Unorganized- No Teamwork Look at all the other post of complaints about this place. Where is Management

If I could give this tim Hortons a no star I would! All time worst experience I have ever had! I understand they were a little busy but there was 10 workers in there! There should have not been donuts forgotten, drinks made wrong and the worker being rude to us because we ask politely to have our drinks remade. It should have never been a question about us saying our drinks our made wrong. I had ordered a medium ice Carmel coffee 4X4 and got a ice creamer drink that is nothing but creamer and ice in my drink. I asked her to remake my drink she told me "hold that drink because I want you to see they look the same" and it came out as a complete different drink. I had a group of people with me they waited 10 minutes for there donuts we ordered but people that ordered after us got all there stuff. I will never be going back to this Tim Hortons the employees are just so rude and don't know how to work as a team.

The manager was incompetent and extremely rude. Messed up our order then yelled at us. I then asked for a refund and she slapped my hand. Would like the franchise owner to contact me.Service: 1/5

Everything was very good the seating spaces are limited.Food: 4/5

The employees did not greet us when we came in. Did not ask what we would like. They were not in a good mood. We ordered 3 simple things that took them 10 minutes to fix One was a bagel, a donut, and one Iced drink.

I so will be going back there again not very expensive to eat there.Food: 5/5

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a tim Hortons. The trainer made my entire groups coffees wrong. Then got an attitude when we asked for our drinks to be corrected. We had to ask multiple times for our donuts. All around rude.
