Place was fine except for the long, long line that stretched out almost into the street and the extremely weird vibes of the other customers. Also the employees seemed dismissive and harried. Hire more people.
By far the best dairy queen! Customer service was awesome and fast! They for sure don't lack in giving you enough ice cream! Would for sure return anyime im riding the st helen trail system! Drive through is pretty trailer friendly if experienced hauler. Stop by you won't be disappointed!
Always love to go here and very friendly staff. Tried something new but couldn't chew the pretzels so they were kind enough to make me something else! Wish they had a grill!

I can't explain why, but the best Dairy Queen ever experienced. The ice cream is consistently good with better than average portions. The complimentary Puppy Cup for our Fur Baby is always appreciated.

Waited probably 30-45 mins in line due to last minute school shopping rush at the outlets. They made our order wrong... mind you we spend upwards of $40. Had to wait in line again at LEAST 30 mins because they weren't open inside. They would NOT give us anything for the inconvenience! We asked for a $3.50 cent desert and they refused. Contacted corporate and the owner there STILL refused to do anything. I have NEVER, EVER had that issue. Usually we are given a free meal or something without even asking for it! Hard to believe they are still in business!
The food was delicious and we were able to get our fairly large order in under 5 minutes! Very good experience and kind people, definitely recommend.
Made a stop a week ago, things were better than our previous stop. The blizzard was actually firm and they were able to do the flip.
Ordered my nephews 21st Birthday ice-cream cake there and the lady who assisted me was so kind and patient. I pick the cake up on the 22nd of July.
