Dropped in Saturday around 11 am walk in no appointment. Was served fast and friendly the Doctor was friendly and explained everything clearly it was a good experience.

The reception staff at this health centre needs some work. I called yesterday to book an appointment and was told to call back today to confirm it. After leaving one voicemail this morning and calling three times with no answer, I decided to call back with my phone number blocked - surprisingly, when I called back with the blocked number, my call was answered as I have seen has happened to a few other users. Speaking to the reception this morning, no appointment was made and I apparently had to call on the day of to book the appointment. This should have been explained thoroughly upon talking to the receptionist yesterday. The receptionist this morning also seemed very annoyed with my call and basically booked my appointment and hastily rushed me off of the phone. I have worked as a medical secretary for 8 years and this type of patient service is unacceptable. You are dealing with sick individuals who are just trying to book an appointment to deal with their medical issues - customer/patient service needs a serious revamp/course refresher! And please stop screening phone calls.nnMy grandma has also called on multiple occasions, left voicemails and has had no reply.nnDr. Den Boer is the best though! :

Dr. Henry Zhang is my regular Family Doctor. He is nice, approachable and knowledgeable. Thanks to his good senses as well and thinking outside the box, he sent me to the hospital where I was actually admitted due to gastritis. this is on a weekend walk-in clinic setting, where it was easy to see a doctor on the weekend and I was just lucky that he was here that daynFront desk staff is very busy, yes, but I never found them rude and I was able to get through the phone lines several times without any problems.nI heard great things about other doctors as well, although I never met any of them yet. I recommend getting a family physician at West Park FHT.

I called Dr. Chans office at 9.43 AM today and asked whether anyone can contact me today as I have covid and wanted a prescription. They said that Dr. Chan is not available and her calendar is packed for the day. So, the receptionist told me that someone from on call doctors will contact me and till now I havent received a call. If you cannot contact patients, you should at least have the courtesy to inform. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !
