Lilly is fast, efficient, and to the point. I like people who work like that. Haven't gone in yet but the experience was very seamless so far. The website is clear and concise and Lilly responded extremely quickly. It's the most efficient part of this whole process that I encountered. Bravo Lilly! You are no doubt the backbone that keeps that place running like a well oiled machine!

Dr Mascarenhas was a breath of fresh air. Quick, efficient and organized. Only thing I didn't like is the requirement to bring a Vaccine checklist. Not all of us have family doctors or can access one easily. Recommend him for us immigration.

I visited Dr. Lyndon today for my US immigration medical on such short notice since I got less than 2 weeks notice for my interview! Not only were they fast in responding, but they booked me an appointment so quickly! Everyone in the office was kind and understanding, especially Dr. Lyndon himself. I have bad anxiety and he walked me through everything clear and concise and helped calm me down a lot. Thank you to everyone there, you’ve all been an amazing part of this journey I’m on.

I have several students having medical exams at the Dr. Lyndon's clinic for their visas and study permits. All of them have wonderful and warm experiences from start to finish. Dr. Lyndon and the staff are always helpful and kind. It is really a great medical office and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very good communication. Although their blood work partnership lifelabs takes too long. Possibly ask them, if you are allowed to choose a different location

Had a great experience overall. Booked online and was running late so I tried to call thee office. They do not use the phone which was a little off-putting at first but I emailed them and got a instant response saying it was okay. If I had not got that email I would have been a little stressed. Everyone was very friendly including the Dr who really put the effort into taking interest in why we were there. I was getting medicals done and he even greeted me with Kia Ora which is Maori for Hello. Only suggestion is when people book appointments I would suggest to tell them to book an appointment at LIFELAB where you send people for blood tests. It was a 2 hour wait and a bad experience.

We had a very short notice by the US consulate for interview , and it was very tight to get the case completed before DV deadline of Sep 30. Dr Lyndon Mascarenhas was very accommodating. His office supported us with booking an appointment on short notice. It was amazing experience to see how much information we can submit in advance to save time through the registration process and submitting the required documentation. On the appointment day, the stuff was very friendly and we were admitted on time. Dr Lyndon was super professional yet a kind and honest person. He well explained all the process in advance , and following the medical check & verification of submitted information/documents , he well explained the remaining steps. He exerted every effort to have our results submitted to consulate before our interview , and explained what will happen if it wasn't possible and provided us with the documentation. He worked on Friday night and weekend to complete DV applicants medical results that were given short notice and he was able to complete our family results on time before interview and responded to all our questions after medical test.

I had a medical examination for K1 visa immigration purposes. The experience was great. Dr. M is very kind and his staff are wonderful and friendly. Dr. M responds to emails very quickly and understands the importance of getting things done in a timely manner due to the time sensitivity of visa interviews and all the paperwork involved. I had some vaccinations to complete after my examination. I had the vaccines administered and emailed him the proofs last night. I checked my email soon after the same evening and he had already informed me that he sent all my medical information to the consulate. Highly recommend!

Visited the place three months ago. They made an appointment for me in time to get results for my visa interview.

AMAZING. I got less than a week's notice of my immigration interview, and Dr Lyndon Mascarenhas was able to fit me in the next day, provide excellent service, and even get my results back incredibly quickly! He was so friendly, warm and understanding, and made the medical section of the immigration process absolutely seamless. I would recommend this clinic to anybody who needs an immigration medical.
