Dr Pinto is the most unprofessional GP I have ever met. He doesn't read the patient's file prior to consultation and thinks he's a pyschiatrist and refuses to help you when you request a referral. I went to him for a referral for my daughter only to find out that the request form that I had filled out 1 month ago for a much needed specialist was still unsent and sitting in their system. Once questioned as to why he just walked away and refused to speak with me. Shame on him for being so uncaring and only treating his practice as an assembly line to make money. Beware and don't go to him! very disappointed in the lack of care unprofessional behaviour. Don't go to him if you care about your medical well being.
