Very average. If not for general shortage in Toronto we wouldn’t be with them. They do the bare minimum and have no care. Echo reception comments. Feel like they are deliberately rude
My kid's been a patient for about 3 or 4 years.nIn general, nothing to complain about. Doctors and admin team are good.nnThe front desk and admin team respond to each of my emails and handled all my requests within the time frame they promised. This is very hard to come by in reality.
My kid's been a patient for about four years.nIn general, nothing to complain about. Great doctors and admin team.nnOne things that does attract a lot of complains from some parents is that the front desk and admin team is not warm and friendly on the surface. However, they responde to every email and handle every request within the time frame they promised. This is very hard to come by in reality. What is much more common is friendiness on surface but slack or non-responsiveness in reality.nnIf these complaints are unsophisticated or unreasoanble is left for you to judge.
I echo the comments of other reviewers. The doctors are great. We love Dr. Bayer. However, the receptionist lack service skills. They are rude when you call for appointments. On my most recent visit I had a 3:30 appointment. I arrived early3:14pm. I checked in with reception. There were other patients who had the same time appointment and arrived late were still able to see the doctor before us. Just ridiculous. The receptionist are generally very unpleasant. It is very upsetting when you make an effort to arrive to your appointment on time and others are late and given preferential treatment. It’s not ok.
Terrible. I found Dr. Flanders to be dismissive and completely unhelpful in getting my child the support he needed at the time. She has no interest in discussing ADHD and said that she “didn’t know what auditory processing disorder” was.nShe wasted 2 years of my time by asking me to come back when my child was older for an assessment. I checked back after 2 years and she said there was no point in doing an assessment unless his behavior further spiraled. Her medical advice was for me to wait and see again! how much worse my child might get.nHorrible bedside manner and dismissive attitude.
