The coaches here are amazing.  Encouraging and don't let you get away with slacking.  Great team atmosphere!

Great coaches, great people.  Very addictive.  I have to force myself to take rest days.  The hardest thing is to show up on day one.

I've been going to Surrey Athletics  ( Home of crossfit Sullivan heights) for about 2 and a half years now. The great thing about this place is you will never leave feeling unaccomplished. The Johns and Brittany get to know you on such a personal level that they make your weaknesses your strengths. Plus everyone here is friends outside of the gym as well.

Dropped in from out of town and the gang was super friendly and made me feel very welcomed.  Coach John offered some tips as well.  Great experience!
