The staff and management are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping members reach their fitness goals. Best gym in surrey ,i have been working out in this gym from over a year it has the best vibe also the front desk guy saurav welcomes with a refreshing attitude even at 4 in the morning.

Pavitar Tumber is an outstanding employee. Always professional, respectful, and genuinely attentive. He keeps the gym environment positive and welcoming, is knowledgeable when you need help, and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell he cares about members having a good experience, not just doing the bare minimum. Big asset to the gym.

Pretty at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming. She gave us a really thorough tour, and it was great to see members greeting her—it shows how well she connects with everyone. The gym is honestly one of the best in the Lower Mainland: clean, well-equipped, and has such a great vibe.

Sahil is one of the best employees here, makes me feel super welcome and he’s very friendly and helpful! I wish this gym added new leg extension machines though, they are all so old and don’t work full range of motion for my quads.
