I wish I could give them 0 star but that option is not available though. I cancelled my membership, filled form and did everything right even though when they said its no contract option. They are still taking out money from my credit card for no reason. I went their office to resolve issue and he said i can not do anything about it even though he saw cancelation form filled. They deducted 80$ and guy said you might get 63 back. Stupid gym Stupid staff. Never go there because there are so many other better options than this place.

I cancelled my membership, and jumped through all the hoops to get this done and they continue to withdraw money from my account. I can never get a hold of anyone that has any answers or fix this problem for me. Next step is reporting them to the BBB. As a gym goes. if you like an old school gym with old equipment this is the place for you.
