Golden Glory Fitness and Martial Arts Academy

I’m really happy training there. Mostafa is the real deal. I’ve trained martial arts for 27 years and he has the actual, real-world skill and knowledge. And, as importantly, golden glory is a welcoming, family-friendly, safe place to train. It’s a place for both elite fighters AND my 7 year old daughter. It’s special to find a place where I feel challenged and also feel like I can trust them to train my daughter. I highly recommend training there.

I have been working out with mostafa over 10 years and he’s been an amazing trainer. Whether it came to losing weight or getting back to game shape for soccer he was there to help me. Very motivating and has created a great family culture at the gym. Highly recommended for all age groups !

I have been training here for the past few months and it has been great! I find the coaches helpful/encouraging and it is a positive environment to be in. My son loves the atmosphere of Golden Glory’s studio. It’s warm, friendly and exciting. Sifu Mostafa is great with beginners of all ages and really gives you the confidence to get better. I find this spills out in every aspect of my 8 year olds life. He can’t wait to go to his classes.

Mustafa is an absolute beast. I was a beginner but first class he made me feel very comfortable. Everyone is very friendly I recommend everyone to try it out.

It is an honour to train under the world champion. It is very hard to find the actual world champion to train the students. MOSTAFA, is the best trainer I have train under in the last 20 years.

My two teenagers started training in Golden Glory Fitness and Martial Arts Academy two months ago. From day 1, I must say they both immediately felt at home. Both instructors and students create a fun, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. As a father, I do not even have to push my kids to train since they love going to Golden Glory. My son even noted how much kickboxing has helped him be more confident. I think the key element to what they do is their well-balanced physical and mental martial arts training program that builds physical strength and mental toughness while also customizing the training based on the student's skill level. Observing their instructors on several occasions, I have seen them patiently and positively encouraging students. No one is made to feel like an outsider, and all gym members make an effort to create a family/ friendly environment. Kudos to Sensei Mostafa and his entire team!
