CrossFit Ark Aurora is not just a gym. It’s a place where you become the best version of yourself, where you are a person with a name and not just another number that checks in through the doors. We are a family-centered facility full of staff and members alike who are passionate about being positive, being relentless and about having a persevering attitude that extends beyond the walls of the Ark. Gym was clean and well kept. Great welcoming feeling when you walked which not all crossfit gyms have. Staff super friendly and approachable. Keep up the great work.

Huge space with ample equipment. Members are friendly and supportive of each other's success. Coaches and owners are very committed to members and effective fitness programming. There is a variety of fitness classes offered, crossfit, Quickfit, rowing, youth and strength classes offered. The schedule has over 100 classes per week.

This was my first time doing crossfit and I must say if you want a great experience with motivation CrossFit Ark is the place for you. I don't have a car and I live further south and I take 45 minute bus rides for these workouts. The staff is great but I have to say Bob is my favourite. I have mostly worked with him but each time I had a class with him it was incredible. He loves what he does and he motivates each person.  The workouts are challenging and fast and help you increase your strength and motivation through fitness. I can write a longer comment to explain how great this place is but I'm afraid if I continue I won't be able to stop. Crossfit Ark is wonderful and I would recommend it to everyone. You will come into a place where you are always greeted with genuine people and leave with an awesome workout! 

So go go go!!
