Great place to work out   There very professional and they know there stuff ask  for Fiaz he treat u like family I highly recommend to go you can’t go wrong and they care

Worst anytime I've been too. No one removes their weights, WiFi barely works, owners never around they left the gym to inexperienced staff, weights all over the place, 70's on top of 20's complete mess no order. Can't wait till my membership transfers back to my old anytime in Markham because the owners at Markham deserve my money way more than this unmaintained low budget branch.

I've basically lived at this place since 2012, and for good reason. Friendly and personable staff, tight community and all the equipment you could need smartly fit into a cozy space. All conveniently available 24 hours a day

Such a nice place to workout. The people here are so nice. I love it here. There is so many weights to chose from and so many machines.
