It really is a great gym, with a really solid, & friendly staff. The gym itself has some nice equipment, couple of power racks, plenty of machines, rowers, treads, Straight bars, hex bars, etc. Look if you work in the market area, & you really want to get a lift in before work, it's super freakin convenient. pull the trigger, it's dirt cheap in cost and gives you a local gains station in the market.
Super convenient location living downtown. Very clean and nice staff — lots of weights and cardio machines — has pretty much everything you want for being a smaller gym.
I love my experience at Anytime Fitness. What a blessing it has been to have access to a gym during the pandemic! The gym is super clean and the staff is real friendly. Love the private bathrooms with showers. All the equipment is in excellent condition. They have EVERYTHING I need to get a real workout done. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a convenient and great workout session in the capital.
Best gym in Ottawa. Open 24/7 ! Also your able to use any of the other location as you please. But George st location is. The best. Good crowd amazing staff , and. Great personal trainers i personally used one and. Went. From 330lbs to 255 lbs. ! To whoever reading this. Come join the anytime Fitness family you won’t regret it
My partner and I were visiting Ottawa for the week. The manager was very friendly, we were offered week passes that were very affordable. The gym has a good range of equipment. Highly recommend.
What an unprofessional manager, my girlfriend and I called and spoke to the manager about a free week trial. We were told it’s no obligation, quick and easy sign up. We then arrive at the gym and immediately he asks for banking information red flag and then says we need to purchase a membership to receive the free trial?! Umm no. After leaving, we read the email and nowhere did it mention having to purchase a fob in fact it said we had to visit during staffed hours or anything about purchasing a membership. When I called back, the manager proceeded to call me bro and then eventually hang up the phone. As a former Anytime Fitness manager, this is the worst gym service I have EVER seen, and I’ve seen bad customer service. Don’t waste your time going here, manager is a snake.
The gym is amazing! Nice location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The environment is also clean!
Gym is clean and well-organized. The staff is passionate and willing to give customers instructions. Enjoy it so much.
Gym is great but administration not the best. Not visibility on cancelling your membership. It was challenging to cancel my renewal and they’ll auto renew if you are late
Horribly managed facility. The manager is an absolute disgrace to the AF brand, which I have had so many positive experiences with over the past year. A manager who is rude, not willing to accommodate or listen to current or new clients is not a good look for this gym. Unfortunately, the gym and it’s manager both have little to offer clients. A lack in selection of equipment is not conducive to clients who pay a good amount for a gym that AT LEAST doesn’t have holes in the ground on the second level.
