The service at this location was excellent. The manager was very helpful and made the process smooth for us, we were in and out in no time. Very impressive since getting rental cars these days is not easy due to demand.

The customer service was respectful but the services were not great at all. We were not able to choose a vehicle.  Wife and daughter going to BC Dad and son staying home  My wife felt very uncomfortable taking a jeep wrangler to British Columbia so she decided for me to keep the vehicle and she had to drive our own car.  I ended down grading to a Rio but they wanted a $300 deposit hold on top of the $250 price. My wife had already exceeded our budget and transferred me only $500...  I ended up canceling because when the representative asked the manager lady for reducing $50 she said no.  No we had to take our son out of school for five days and all the extra activities he had planned for us got compromised  But it's okay just letting people know that sometimes we can shift the rules to help mankind  #guidedintelligence #guidedintelligence.me

Awful drop off experience. We had a car booked for an after hours drop off clearly marked on our reservation. The staff at the location knew it was an after hours drop off. Yet when we arrived after hours on Saturday we found that the key return/drop off box was completely removed with a sign stating they are no longer doing after hour drop offs due to vandalism. Why didn’t anyone mention this when I picked the car up?! The representative even confirmed the exact day and time of my drop off. The location was also closed until Monday so I had to take my car to the airport which was the only open location. The representative there was super helpful and also confused why this location would remove their key return. And after all that I had to pay to Uber back to my hotel which was in walking distance of the original drop off location. Completely unprofessional experience.

The service I received from Francesca was top notch! She was very quick to respond and when my husband and I had an issue with our initial vehicle she was able to get us a different rental within 12 hours.  I’m very pleased with Francesca and the companies service.

Although I didn’t rent a car, the customer service was fantastic. all staff was completely unbothered by the inconvenience of our car breaking down in the parking lot and was more then happy to let us know it is fine for it to sit until we are able to tow it! amazing people.

Service was awful, trying to get a vehicle was tough even with an advanced booking. If my insurance hadn't booked this, I wouldn't have used it.  I've rented here twice and the second time the car shop my car was being repaired at was supposed to take care of the rental and they called enterprise and said so but enterprise charged my credit card anyway so I'm dealing with this now and they won't return my calls.  Don't rent here unless you have no other choice. It's not worth the headache.

Picked up my first car, within a day or two a check engine light comes on. Exchange the vehicle, drive it home no problems. Went to drive to another city for school/training for the week. Once on the highway and get up to highway speeds, the shaking was so violent that I could barely keep it on the road ! Called them to find out if I can take it to a tire shop on the town I'm in, their response was to drive it half hour to another town and exchange it! Well I'm in school everyday till 5 o'clock...guess what time Enterprise closes...5 o'clock! So now I'm stuck driving this POS all week, and then drive it an hour back to my home unsafe like this...don't even know if the tire will stay on the vehicle!! Top it off the torque converter is slipping and the engine is stumbling at idle. I'm a journeyman mechanic Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company  there's lots of other rental companies to choose from!

Worst place to get a car! Had a terrible experience when we booked a car for our business trip to USA! Car had flat tire Nd in its replacement they give us another useless car we decided not to take. We asked them if Toyot camry was available, they said not its not! Later we tried contacting them from another number on which they said toyota was available and we were very disappointed with this kind of money making policy! We lost precious time!

We took services from Pratik and kamal and it was excellent. There is no issue while dropping and taking the car and they gave us a lot options while choosing . Customer service skills are excellent.

The manager working today is extremely nasty to customers, very uneducated. It's been three different times coming here and they always have a excuse why they won't rent the car, the 1800 number confirms every day that everything is confirmed and we go pick up the car. But this person says we need to change our drivers license because our old addresses is on there. That we have to drive down to red deer and we have wasted so much money on cabs. If you look like you are a single man you will be disrespected and judged, if you have tattoos this woman will be very angry with you. We ask for a manager and she claims she's the manager and she refuses to help.. says the people on the phone are wrong... now we are waiting for head office to call us back. Very very horrible woman working.
