I will NEVER rent from this place again. Haidar was rude and ignorant when I dropped the car off,  telling me I didn't fill up the car (I did) it wasn't full when I picked it up and I filled up what I used in 2 days back to where it was. He sent me back to fill up again telling me I was lying. Gas gauge didn't even move even when full. He didn't come out and check the car when I picked it up before I left to go over anything. Nice to cheat your customer...couldn't find a parking spot....he told me I was lying about that in front of other customers. Great customer service guys. NEVER AGAIN!

Booked compact car through Costco and when we got to car rental place, we got intermediate car. New and only had under 1,000 kms on it, I think. The car had technology features like back up assist and blind spot detector. Very nice. Didn't feel any pressure at all to buy extra protection. Saved money booking here than Calgary Airport early summer this year. The taxi is under $30. Dropped car at the Airport with no additional charge. Would recommend.

Terrible service, talks on the phone with his wife instead of talking to the customers. Guy made up pricing and tried to charge extra, insulting and lazy. Avoid this place like the plague. Thee people need to take several customer service, business classes as they operate like cavemen!

Very good service, they gave me a mustang convertible,  new car and it was very clean inside. Haidar explained the rates and prices and also helped us with direction. Very kind fellow and bonus point, he spoke french as well.

I rented a few times from this location and the people working at this location are very helpful, honest, and fun to chat with. Their cars are always nice and clean which i appreciate very much. I would recommend renting from these folks to everyone. Thank you for service and keep up the Good Job.
