Discount Car & Truck Rentals Calgary

I had zero problems with this location and company. Friendly staff and super cheap prices (which is always nice) when I returned the vehicle, the only driver available was at the airport helping out another customer and I was told he would be a while. The gentlemen who was helping me at the time (ALI) actually offered to drive me back to my house when he really didn't have to. Thanks so much discount and Ali for going the extra mile! I will definitely be renting from you again.

Good rates if you book online. However one thing to note their online systems says you can pick up your vehicle at the airport. The reality is they pick you up and drive you 15-20 minutes to their location to get your vehicle. Good service not very detail oriented but quick and painless.

It was my first time to rent car from Discount but I think, it is the last time. The service was so incredible. I returned the car on time and clean , was no problem and I checked out. I forgot my small bag inside the trunk. I called so many times over a month every time they start the case from the beginning , it was so boring at the end they said we don't have it but we will call you later. No one call me until this moment. I just want to tell everyone go with any different companies and keep away from this wearing company especially this location.

1. RENTED ME A MALFUNCTIONING CAR WHICH BROKE DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY 2. DID NOT COME TO PICK ME UP FOR 45 MINUTES 3. WILL NOT CALL ME BACK TO DISCUSS TERMS OF REFUND COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE AND DISAPPOINTING
