Fast and friendly service. Easy location to get to due to close proximity to Barlow Trail and 32nd Ave in the NE. The location is laid back and not hectic. Competitive prices. Vehicle was as brand new as it gets. Would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I are looking for a van to rent to move. I have used this particular location to rent before and have had great customer service. Although the booking service sends you to the states to verify and we have been told what we had reserved is completely incorrect and slowly getting frustrated cause it seems we have a BMW to move. Then  we spoke to Nathan and he clarified it all for us and changed it. Also in Calgary they do not even rent BMW cars. Will use again but really should get their call centre in check.

I recently visited the branch ( Aug 06, 2017) and was served by the  awesome Navpreet. I feel like he went beyond the call of duty in order to exceed the customer's expectations and to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I genuinely feel that he provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced. As the store was busy but he was super attentive and ensured each customer left happy and completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone visiting Calgary and I can't wait see them next time. :) Thank you Navpreet!!!!

Amazing customer service! They go above and beyond each time, every rental has been a terrific experience. The vehicles are clean, well equipped and maintained.
