Cineplex Odeon South Keys Cinemas

I've been to this theatre a few times now and really enjoy the space. It hasn't been super busy, has lots of parking, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The seats, while not full recliners, do tip back a bit for a more pleasant experience and are overall very comfy.

I've loved this theatre ever since it showed Sicario at 1005 in the morning on opening day. It is the cheapest major first run movie theatre in the city Star Citée in St. Laurent is second run. No IMAX or AVX but I never pay for that gimmick anyways. Nice size and easy to get to, I've never had a bad experience here. Any complaints like the bs convenience fee Cineplex charges are company wide and you are going to get that at Landmark as well.

Sorry but the movie theatre sucks. The only good part was the staff - very pleasant young people checking tickets, and clean toilets. Apart from this - the movie theatre itself was really bad. The seats are super tight with zero leg space. If you have the slightest trouble with your knees, forget about being able to leave mid movie for a pee break because there's zero space there. I went in the winter and people were just cramped with their coats and all. What's worse, the day I was in the outermost seat, I could hear the neighbouring theatre's movie sounds louder than what was playing in ours.

I visited the theatre on Monday night, 17 November at around 8:20 pm. I arrived late and my cast pass was already expired. A girl from the cast team noticed that my movie had already started. She quickly ran to call the manager for me. The lady manager came and helped me right away. She gave me a new cast pass so I could still watch my movie.nnBoth of them were very polite and very kind. They helped me even when the situation was my mistake. I am really sorry that I forgot their names but I truly appreciate their support. They made my night much better. Thank you so much.
