Cineplex Cinemas Ottawa

One of my favourite movie theaters in Ottawa. They offer incline seats for maximum comfort. Spacious interior with lots of popcorn and concession stalls! Downstairs include an arcade area as well. Lots of parking.

Big Cinema with comfortable reclining leather chairs. Arcade games also available on site. When it visited, it wasn't too busy and there wasn't a wait time. The reponse from the team was swift and we were able to settle in comfortably just in time for the movie. The movie experience here was fully worth it, the sound was dope on the big screen.nnDidn't enjoy the popcorn though, it was too salty and just tiring. Won't be trying the popcorn nextime.

Easily my favourite movie theatre in Ottawa! Every theatre has reclining seats, which ample space. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking in front of and beside the theatre. Lots of food and snack spots if you want to go before the movie and grab those. The arcade is always fun for the kids, and the place is always neat and tidy. Had the saltiest bag of popcorn over the weekend and was very happy

Cineplex is undoubtedly one of the best choices for a movie outing. The theaters are well-maintained with comfortable seating and good legroom, making the viewing experience enjoyable. The interiors are modern, clean, and inviting. The screens are large, and the sound quality is exceptional, creating an immersive cinematic experience. The staff are polite, efficient, and quick to address any concerns.

3 adults took 7 kids to see Wicked. Due to an error likely mine, but may have been an issue with the app we showed up 24 hours late for our movie.nnThe staff there was ABSOLUTELY amazing! They helped us with the kids sorted our tickets out, helped us in ever way. The manager on duty went above and beyond for us. I have never been so impressed with the staff of a movie theater before!
