Cinéma Starcité Gatineau

Recommend passing on this location if you have the option. Super run down and old, it smells, the chairs are breaking and lost their structure, the air doesn't feel like it flows and felt super hot in there. Lines are long and move slow compared to other locations. Needs a renovation desperately. However had a great experience with the staff!

The cinema needs to be refreshed and cleaned fully. The place is very dirty and the cleaning as not been done for a while. Looks like the staff does not due there jobs.

Horrible. The place is filthy with popcorn and litter on the floor when you first enter. Same for the actual movie rooms. Watching a movie was ruined by a bunch of teenagers laughing, shouting and throwing food at other people. Will never go back as it ends up being incredibly expensive fort the experience. Preferable to just stay home, purchase a movie on Amazon and order food lol..

I like this Starcité but they need to improve at the food counter. The wait s always so long. It's ridiculously long. The arcade is now with a card and they don't take money. I mean kids don't always have bank cards. As for the rest, it's ok.

Ordered a combo five for $16.95, and i only got some nachos and a coke?! They dont include a hotdog anymore??
