Cinéma Starcité Gatineau

The last time I went, everything was fine up until we got to the auditorium our movie was playing in, the doors were closed and there was another group waiting there, we checked with them to make sure it was the right movie. This is getting to long, to cut to the point we went in and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned all week

We went to see a movie on several occasions here and as soon as the movies start kids and teens are regularly having conversations out loud and taking selfies with flash on. It’s gone to the point the staff knows and warns people about it. On are most recent movie they told us to come warn them if it got too loud. So we did and they came and shush the crowd and left. I know there is nothing much the staff can do but would avoid going here if you want to enjoy the movie.

Back when the cinema were open, Starcité was one of my first. I had a great experience. Huge room, nice sounds, clean space, soft popcorn smell outside of the rooms *sigh*

Love this place, always clean, nice staff, their social distancing rules are good and there is alot of hand washing stations around. Little overprice but overall always a good experience. They have very huge screens as well.

i live approximately 18 km from the theater, the storm here cancelled flights and so i had to reschedule my tickets, no one to answer a phone call day or night or an email address to send, long story short i have to send someone that lives close by to the theater to call me from their phone and pass the phone to an employee to get my tickets recheduled, never going back ill drive to ottawa before i go there again

I do not like the Cineplex booking fee so I had to go earlier in the day to get my tickets. It's a waste of time and I got bad seats. I have drastically reduced my attendance at the cinema because of their booking fee.

For the same price, Ottawa silvercity is better. More comfortable. These 1990's seat needs to be retired

Although I hate that there is no customer service reps at the front desk to help you, the venue is clean and staff are friendly. Really hate the fact you need a minimum purchase of 10$ to get a card for the arcade. If I want to play just one game, I don't want to have to dish out 10$

BRYANNNN MY MAN , we went to go see wakadan forever and people stole our spots we went to Bryan for help or Bryan came to us . He offered to exchange our tickets for 3D for a show a few hours later . Let me just say that the way he handled the situation was a class act . He was superrrrr understanding and really took charge of the situation. We really appreciate just his kindness and patience with the situation. We met a G yesterday and it honestly added so much to the experience we really appreciate Bryan and how he dealt with the situation. Thank youuuuu BRYAN DESERVES A RAISE!!!

Went to see Wakanda forever with my friend, good service and cinema very clean staff were very polite. All around great experience
