Great VIP Cineplex experience! Convenience location and easy free parking in gargage nearby! Very clean theatre with proper Covid safety protocols. Spacious and comfortable seating, and most importantly very friendly and helpful customer service! Ticket prices at a VIP theatre are much higher than regular theatre but worth the experience! Food and drinks are ordered while seated and delivered to your seat. Bonus for me - 19+ theatre! Would definitely be back and recommend to others!

This theater is awesome. The seats are so comfortable. You can order food from their menu and the server brings your order to your seats. No more lining up. It's a bit expensive compared to other regular theaters but the comfort you get is much worth it. Also, no kids are allowed .

Great cinema and comfortable leather reclining seats. Definitely a different movie experience with the level of comfort those seats offered. This cinema offers dining service inside. Staff come to your seat prior to movie starting to take your order as well deliver it to you. Food was average. Orders can also be placed via the app but didn't get a chance to try it out.

Absolutely ridiculous service. Ordered 1 glass of wine and asked the servers twice to get the wine. Unless they are picking and juicing the grapes by hand it shouldn’t take over an hour for someone get the order. Even after the movie ended still nothing. Paid $15 for nothing. When we wanted to complain and get a refund because went didn’t want to miss the movie, there was no employees around. Don’t bother with this VIP theatre unless you like paying for drinks and never getting them. Trash of an establishment.

Treat my mum for her birthday here to see The Woman King. The experience did not disappoint. Comfortable, food ordered through app and served to you, more private and intimate than regular theatres. Pandemic style crowd, not packed.

I thought the food was okay, the quality could’ve better for the price, but it was still cool to try, and also have a meal with a movie. The staff are all very courteous, kind, and friendly. The service here is also very prompt when ordering food and drink, which is a huge plus! I love the comfortability and unique vibe of the VIP theatre! I was also really happy to see how clean the bathrooms were, because that’s not a commonality for some Cineplex’s. It is kind of disappointing that not all theatres have the full recliner. I went in with those expectations since it’s a VIP theatre and I paid the VIP price but it seems that they don’t advertise this.

This theatre needs a makeover, 1st VIP theatre I’ve been to with seats that don’t recline. If you want to push it back you have to brace your full body back and keep it that way…..nonsense. Definitely shouldn’t be the price of the other VIP theatres. Our server was amazing though.

Watched avatar 3d movie recently in this location and the experience was amazing. First of all The parking lot was right infront of the theate which was nice. Staff were very friendly. Seating was very nice and comfortable. The auditorium was clean. I would go back to this location again and I recommend it.

The overall experience was great. The sound quality and screen, in general the movie viewing experience is decent but could be better by adding recliner seats like other Cineplex theaters. After all, VIP is in the name of this Cineplex!
