I wasn't really happy with the seating area. it's pretty small, and the seats aren't as comfortable. No recliner chair. For the price of VIP, I expected VIP seats and more leg room tray space for your snacsk & drinks. We sat at the isle seat, which means we would need to get up every time someone left their seat. And the screen was small. Otherwise, the move was good and had fun getting out, but I won't be going back to that's theater.nnWe ordered beef nacho! Lots of tomatoes, not so much beef. Had a nice drink call out of the office that was good, at least.nnTheater was clean, and the server was good.
One of my favourite cinemas for first-run movies. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the theatre itself is clean with great sound quality for the size of the rooms. The only downside is dealing with a few entitled Baby Boomers who ignore the preshow reminders about theatre etiquette. During one screening, a group chatted loudly throughout the film, and when we asked them to be quiet, one even waited for us afterward to complain that we “can’t talk to people like that,” insisting the screening was “interactive.” It wasn’t. I also noticed at least one of them on their phone with the brightness up mid-movie. While there are some fantastic interactive screenings in the city, this theatre generally isn’t one of those venues—and it would be wonderful if everyone respected both the audience and the staff who work hard to provide a great moviegoing experience.
Extremely disappointing experience for what’s marketed as a VIP theatre. Aside from the higher price, there’s nothing VIP about it — the seats are awkwardly uncomfortable you actually have to work to stay upright, and the screen feels surprisingly small. The only bright spot was the very friendly waitress.
It's a pretty good movie theater location. The employees are good. However this location is not perfect one thing I personally don't like about this location is the seats are like the ones you find at the yonge and dundas cineplex and there's no stairs it's just a long carpet. If you watch a movie here the middle and close to the front is pretty good seating. Never been to the vip section so I couldn't really judge it. As for the actual seats and theater inside it was okay and the negative reviews about the seats are correct. Even when I was watching a film a lady had to close the doors because a staff member forgot to close them when the movie started.
I'm never going to VIP again, $30 and I'm crammed into a tiny, stiff seat that can't recline; I was in pain by the end of the movie. The screen is small and dirty/very poor quality. Servers are climbing over you or asking you to pass things all the way down because there's only an aisle on one side and no leg room.
