We watched Nuremberg yesterday, and the film left a deep impression. It’s a powerful story with strong emotional moments, thoughtful dialogue, and beautifully constructed scenes. The historical atmosphere is conveyed convincingly, and the movie keeps your attention from start to finish. Definitely worth watching if you enjoy meaningful and engaging films.
I wasn't really happy with the seating area. it's pretty small, and the seats aren't as comfortable. No recliner chair. For the price of VIP, I expected VIP seats and more leg room tray space for your snacsk & drinks. We sat at the isle seat, which means we would need to get up every time someone left their seat. And the screen was small. Otherwise, the move was good and had fun getting out, but I won't be going back to that's theater.nnWe ordered beef nacho! Lots of tomatoes, not so much beef. Had a nice drink call out of the office that was good, at least.nnTheater was clean, and the server was good.
My recent VIP experience at the Bloor Street location was unfortunately a complete failure due to severe equipment issues, despite the truly exceptional service provided by the staff.n The Experience: A Series of FailuresnDefective Seating: The primary issue was the state of the VIP recliner. The seat I was in was noticeably leaning inwards, causing significant discomfort throughout the film. I spent most of the movie feeling physically awkward, with my knees pressed downwards.nThe Armrest Incident: The poor condition of the seat culminated when the entire armrest fell off mid-movie. This wasn't just a minor inconvenience; it caused me to lose both of my drinks, including a specialty beverage that cost approximately $14. This ruined a significant portion of the film experience and was very frustrating.n Staff Service & ResolutionnDespite the mechanical failures, the staff members I interacted with were absolutely amazing. They were prompt, genuinely apologetic, and handled the situation professionally.nThe management team compensated me for the inconvenience with a couple of movie passes and a large popcorn. While I appreciate this effort to resolve the issue, the overall experience was severely hampered by the defective equipment.n ConclusionnThe VIP price point is justified by the expectation of a premium, comfortable, and problem-free viewing environment. This visit fell far short of that standard. I hope management addresses the maintenance issues promptly, as the quality of the recliners is currently unacceptable.nIf the equipment were up to standard, this would be a five-star location, given the outstanding customer service. Until the seats are properly maintained, I cannot recommend the VIP experience here.
One of my favourite cinemas for first-run movies. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the theatre itself is clean with great sound quality for the size of the rooms. The only downside is dealing with a few entitled Baby Boomers who ignore the preshow reminders about theatre etiquette. During one screening, a group chatted loudly throughout the film, and when we asked them to be quiet, one even waited for us afterward to complain that we “can’t talk to people like that,” insisting the screening was “interactive.” It wasn’t. I also noticed at least one of them on their phone with the brightness up mid-movie. While there are some fantastic interactive screenings in the city, this theatre generally isn’t one of those venues—and it would be wonderful if everyone respected both the audience and the staff who work hard to provide a great moviegoing experience.
Dingiest VIP I’ve ever been to. Tiny screen with horrible sound and quality. I was really disappointed. Regular theatre elsewhere has been 10x better. I don’t know if they’re understaffed but it shouldn’t take so long to bring regular fountain drink that the movie starts we waited over 15 min
