Cineplex at Dundas, Toronto Downtown, It's a nice place from outside, but hall seats are not so cozy. Looks seats needs a maintenance or to be changed. It was in VIP area, went to watch a Jurassic World Rebirth 3D at 7pm show on Saturday, last week.

I have watched IMAX and regular movies here and it was fantastic. The sound quality of IMAX is superb.nThis is a central location in downtown, thereby it's usually crowded. The crowd is pretty decent. Representatives at the counter are helpful. Decent seats. Washrooms at this theater are also clean. Moreover there is a gaming section that includes - basketball, air hockey table etc.nI would recommend to book your ticket in advance or take advance tickets at the counter to get some back seats.nOverall an amazing experience from my side.

Likely the Cineplex location I've been to the most in the city! I love that it's easy to get to on the subway line, so it's great for meetups with friends This location also has many of the Cineplex theatre options such as VIP19+, D-Box, ultraAVX, etc.nnIt's often quite busy but the staff are always very kind and efficient. I've had great experiences over the last few years, the theatres are always clean and it's nice to have the option of upgrading to VIP! As I said, it can be a busy location and so themed things like popcorn buckets often sell out really fast.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Cineplex today. I came to watch The Conjuring and the air conditioning was not on inside the theatre. It was extremely hot and suffocating, which completely ruined the movie experience. For the price of tickets, basic comfort like proper air circulation and cooling should be a priority. Very poor experience.
