Cinémas Guzzo

Nothing works. Only fountain drink available is Coke. People losing their minds at the concession stands cause nothing on the menu as available. I feel bad for the staff, clearly employed by a man who could care less about them and their working conditions. They don’t take debit but the atms are all out of order. Can’t buy movie tickets ahead of time. Arcade coin machine only takes 5s and 10s but they can’t give you any—and probably only 10% of machines work, if they don’t steal your coins. Don’t waste your time. They’re bankrupt and clearly not going to recover.

Speaking of the arcade section, it's just sad to see. Sad to see all these classic arcades like DDR and Daytona 2 USA half broken and in pitiful state. Also dangerous stuff in the arcade section, like broken metal parts in the plugs.

It doesn't seem the owner really cares about the establishment. I've been there recently and there is no heating in the theaters whenever I go so bring a blanket because by the end of the movie you'll be shivering. If you look behind the counters the floors are beyond disgusting, popcorn all over the place piled up, black, doesn't look like they clean at all, when I noticed this it was when they just opened so it's not an excuse that it's been busy it should have been done the night before. I had to find and employee to shut the lights off in the the theater when the movie started. Arcades are mostly broken. It's sad to see

The staff was very nice and helpful however the cinema itself had alot of issues. The heating was off or broken in our theatre so everyone had to wear their winter coats. Multiple seats in our cinema were broken.

I've been here a couple times and it's the worst but not the best cinéma. The arcade games are mostly not working. The cinéma rooms are pretty good. Bathroom is disgusting. As well as the popcorn.
