This is the 4th time going to this cinema, the customer service was great and the theatre display screen was mind blowing .nUsually busy on the weekends. Didn’t have to wait in line to get snacks as I went earlier than the movie start time.nIf you’re unable to purchase the tickets online, you can buy it there at the cinema but note that there might be limited seat choices.

The cineplex is in a great, convenient location in the heart of the city. While the facility is nice, the theater could use some improvements to enhance the vibe, particularly with better cleanliness in the movie rooms. The lower audience turnout might be affecting the upkeep, but maintenance should still be a priority. Reopening the closed restaurants at the top would also add to the overall experience.

Convenient to access by metro. Generally pretty clean, good service, and the option of closed captions is great. Prices are high for both tickets and food, and the seats in some rooms need to be replaced though. But way better than Guzzo, I like coming here.

The cinema is fine! It's what you expect. Expensive popcorn and uncomfortable chairs. They never have any of the fun buckets or promotional stuff you see online which has always bothered me. I was here for advanced Moana 3D screening the other day, and the movie froze for 5 seconds at the start and this happened two more times. And then it went completely black and the sound continued on another occasion.

What a mess! Such a horribly disorganized movie theater! Management must be asleep at the wheel, as we have to wait forever online to buy overpriced popcorn and candy. This is unacceptable given the hefty price tag. It makes one wonder why we go to the movies anymore!
