I was in the hallway talking on the phone, the movie was only starting in 20 minutes. This older lady short with black hair came up to me rudely asking me what I’m doing and to show my ticket. I’ve been going to this location for more than 15 years first time I’m ever treated like this. Saw another reviewer posting pretty much the same experience and oh we just so happen to also look similar physically. .. interesting

I can't believe I got SCOLDED at 22 years of age by a woman other than my own mother. The mid-age lady with black hair at the ticket office yesterday night talked to me SO RUDELY, I was in complete shock I sadly didn't ask her name since I was speechless. Very very bad costumer service.

Overall is a good theatre, located just a few minutes away from the metro Berri UQAM, you can buy your tickets both online and through the machines there.nStaff at the snack bar were friendly and efficient.nMost of the screenings are in French so careful when you buy the tickets!nScreens are ok, not bad and not good, chairs can recline and are not the most comfortable but good enough for a movie, screening rooms are not big and I’d suggest to take the rows at the top/mid level for the best viewing experience, sound system also falls in the ok range.nThere are also some arcades games inside to play while waiting for the movie.nI like the theatre for its location but it’s pretty dated and there are definitely better options in downtown.

Big screen, great sound, nice staff and clean enough for such a huge place! Who wants popcorn? ;P Some might say it's expensive, but I say it's a luxury and a real treat!

never had a bad customer service there, the rooms are spacious and a lot of the time they're almost empty. Docking a star because the bathrooms could need a bit of improvement, the sinks are often broken and the toilets themselves look old and in bad shape
