Overall is a good theatre, located just a few minutes away from the metro Berri UQAM, you can buy your tickets both online and through the machines there.nStaff at the snack bar were friendly and efficient.nMost of the screenings are in French so careful when you buy the tickets!nScreens are ok, not bad and not good, chairs can recline and are not the most comfortable but good enough for a movie, screening rooms are not big and I’d suggest to take the rows at the top/mid level for the best viewing experience, sound system also falls in the ok range.nThere are also some arcades games inside to play while waiting for the movie.nI like the theatre for its location but it’s pretty dated and there are definitely better options in downtown.

Big screen, great sound, nice staff and clean enough for such a huge place! Who wants popcorn? ;P Some might say it's expensive, but I say it's a luxury and a real treat!

Great, simply great. Watched a 3d movie and the experience was lit. Popcorn was also great and the staff are very nice. Will go again!

never had a bad customer service there, the rooms are spacious and a lot of the time they're almost empty. Docking a star because the bathrooms could need a bit of improvement, the sinks are often broken and the toilets themselves look old and in bad shape

Given how bad customer service has gotten in general, this theatre sets the bar even lower. The interaction with one of their staff made me completely sure I will never go into that venue again.
