CIBC Branch with ATM

i shouldnt have to tell the staff 3 separate times that i just came in to get my rrsp receipts not to be upsold on other products. if i wanted to talk about my investments i would make an appointment to talk about them. guy at the door is always very friendly though.

Rude staff and liars. They would rather fabricate lies than deal with issues they have caused unless you have substantial deposits with them. Management cannot be trusted. If I could give negative stars I would. Please do yourself a favor and bank anywhere but here.

The tellers are rude and ignorant. They have no business dealing with customers with that attitude especially to senior citizens.

I have had great transactions with this bank and the personnel that work within. From first walking in to be greeted by a smiling individual who welcomes me, to bank tellers who have exchanged currency or just cashed in my kids change! I appreciate the business that I do with them :)

My checking account was shut down without notice, right after my direct deposit check went in, because I hadn't cleared my overdraft in 90 days. when I phoned and asked what I was supposed to live on, the CIBC rep told me to contact social services.
