Was greeted with a warm welcome! Such a fun loving staff, very friendly and assisted me with my banking immediately! Also great support as I was learning my digital banking! Definitely a great branch!

nobody ever answers the phone, went to parking lot of the bank, then called and no one answered and everyone was just standing there talking to eachother. This place is going down hill , used to love this bank still trying stick with them but might have to go else where seems all other banks answer the phone every time, very poorly managed.

The waiting line at lunch time gets crazy long and there are never enough tellers working the front! It used to be that as the line grew all tellers were open, not so anymore. This bank is in my neighbourhood, I don't want to go down to Tuxedo for a shorter line.

Utterly useless. Staff were unwilling to check if I was eligible for additional services on my existing business account, the teller simply denied me out of hand. I closed my account due to the poor service, asking for my funds in form of certified cheque and they gave me a bank draft instead, affecting my access to my own funds. I had been banking at TD for over 10 years but the pettiness and unprofessional behaviour in my final transaction was staggering. Went a few blocks over to Scotia Bank and recieved the services I was asking for and opened a new business account in very short order.
