Arrogant, unhelpful awful staff in the offices. Zero customer care and support. Worst branch ever. Really, go anywhere else!

Really rude front desk staff. I just spent an hour total at the bank doing banking services . I really had to use the washroom , she decline me from using the restroom! She said we don't have washrooms for the public! Like I am a client , not someone just walking in! Probably will close my account with them .

Terrible experiences after almost two decades of being a customer that led to me finally leaving this bank. Subsequently two other close friends who are business owners had to withdraw their funds and switch banks within the last year. I feel that this bank needs to re-evaluate the way they treat customers. Management is abysmal. I switched to another bank and got better rates on credit cards, mortgages and far better customer service.

Great management. Friendly stuff. Some people write negative comments and u wonder if they have actually been there. Maybe we should take selphies just to authenticate the comments.

Had the greatest customer service at this location. I've been to many of the branches throughout the city, and this one was great.
