I had issues with my credit card due to an attempt of fraud purchases and had a chance to work with Riches in regards to this issue. She was amazing! She was very kind, understanding and eager to help me as much as she can. She took the time to call the credit card department to resolve the issues. Avoid this branch!!! We opened an account last year, frontal! With representatives.nnThey had everything! All documents needed to make it right, and yet they were able to get my wife’s Birth wrong, due to that we have 0 credit score after one year and over 20,000 bucks of credit use… they made tremendous mistakes with our documents and made us lose very valuable credits point. Very unprofessional stuff

We had a great experience with RBC branch on 1700 Croydon St.nFor us it was extremely convenient to communicate with the manager - Ruslana in Ukrainian and Russian.nAll specialists are very supportive.

Employee was rude to us despite being 20+ year customers. I wanted to get their name but name tag was faced to the wall.nnThis was my first time in this branch as I just moved close and it will be my last. Next branch is much further but worth it if I don't have to endure this kind of service.
