if you're looking for direct investing help, just go to the branch...the help on the phone blows.....talked to a guy for 2 minutes, waited on hold for 80.....lost $380 in that time...the market changes fast...but rbc is SLOW as molasses. Moving over to TD trading or Scotia Bank. Thank Jacob or whatever his name was...can't remember because I was on hold for so long. Don''t invest more than you're willing to lose...lesson learned. Also, the combined total of my investments was only 1200 USD...and RBC claims I owe them 2000+ USD......da fuq?!

I have tried getting ahold of an employee 10+ times and they never respond. All calls go straight to voicemail and calls are never returned. When you call the brand (as with all branches) you get redirected to the call centre who then forwards you to the branch which hits voicemail again. Extremely disappointing. #RBCFAIL I understand call centre efficiency but this program is broken when it comes to advisors and returning phone calls due to their appointment schedules. Note: my experience was also with "Margo" the employee referenced in the review below. Seems like a trend.

Permanently short of staff, huge line ups, not all of their tellers even have machines to count bills and they count bills one by one. Rediculous! don't not address the obvious issues.
