So bad customer service I got here, don't want to deal with this branch anymore.

If you wanted advice and assistance about investing, Miguel Claro of this branch is the person to go. He is very hands-on with his clients. He assisted us from setting up our GIC accounts last year to withdrawing it without any fuss. He also walked us through setting up our new FHSA account. Way to go Miguel!

I wanted to transfer money from my RBC Direct Investing RRSP account to RBC Banking RRSP account. I called both institutions and couldn't do it on the phone or online through the website so I made an appointment at the branch. A Financial Advisor did the transfer request electronically, and told me it would take a few weeks as this is a lengthy process. After 2 MONTHS, nothing happened. I called RBC Direct Investing and they told me they haven't received any request. I went to the branch and they told me that the paper work was not done. They wasted my time!nNow they want me to book an appointment to really do it.nI gave RBC many chances. This is it. I won't deal with them any more. I'll be switching my investments to another institution.

Wish I could leave a negative review on every branch and the customer service of the entire company. Been a client for over 10 years and had issues in the past and currently accessing my own money. Terrible bank wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

RBC is funding the destruction of our land, and violations of human rights, through the funding of fossil fuel projects like the CGL pipeline in BC, and many others all over the world.
