TD Canada Trust

My account was a victim of fraud, I had replaced my Access cards, and the rep in customer service made a mistake by deactivating one of my older TD cards that has the Interact online option, and TD does not offer that card anymore. So I called this branch and spoke to their Branch Manager Linda, who was super polite, and said come over and I can try reactivating it, Before going there I did know that the chances of this happening was very slim, but I thought id still give it a shot, I went into the bank which is about 20 mins away from my house, and I had previous bad experience at the branch on port union road on many occasions, so I decided to give this branch a shot instead, Once i entered the place there were only 2 tellers, but that did not stop them from greeting each and every customer with a smile, and I noticed Linda was helping those two tellers with problems they had as well. I waited my turn then asked for Linda, who greeted me with a very nice welcoming smile, and said hey let me give it a shot, she did try fixing it, but the card could not be reactivated as I had a feeling it wouldn't she came back to me and apologized that she did try but it wouldn't let her, and I was totally fine with that just because I know she tried fixing it, and gave great customer service with a great smile and all the frustration i had with trying to get the problem solved went away and I walked out a happy customer just to the fact that we still have people with great customer service working. Good job Linda and team keep it up !

Service varies on the days. Quite convinient to take a bus from Scarborough Village via the 102, even though the ATM is a few minutes of a walk on the corner alongside Markham and Kingston Rd. Even though not usually busy, the branch is fine, even with the hours. Overall, this is acceptable.

Staff are great... The so few that are working. I'm not entirely sure how it's possible that anytime of the day that one passes by, literally a massive line up with 2 tellers.. At best. Shame - staff know the customers frustrations but can only work so fast

Staff are friendly, for the few that are working. Be ready for a long lineup and very slow work. Even after making an appointment with a manager, we came to find out that the person called in sick and no one bothered to let us know. 2 stars for the friendly staff, but this location is horribly organized.

This is worst TD bank service I ever experienced. There are no business counters, no senior service, only one counter is open.
