I know I should wait until i get the car, however I bought a 2017 prius prime and they were honest with me from the start. Monique Cote very nice and did not rush anything. Maxime Lahaie the finance manager was transparent and even willing to show exact profit margin on vehicle. Pierre Lattaro finished the deal and was just as nice as the others. I am from Gatineau, Qc and will always head there from now on. I checked out other top rated larger dealerships in the mtl area such as park ave and duval only to be lied too. Good Job Guys!

One of the worst. Other dealers around are way more competitive. Service given by salesman terrible. Did not even try to get me a deal, just MSRP + taxes.

I have deal with Andre Paulin. I wanted a white van, signed a pre-contract. He called me to said that he don't have white so I refuse the black one. He started to call me stupid and arguing. So I went to the manager and the manager said I should have another reason. What customer service is it????

It's hard to write this review coz Toyota is great but the dealer services is good for selling but bad after, my plan include basic services but once you need any additional they will charge you very very expensive rates that exceed everywhere. i advise everybody just check your car there if you have a service plan, but do all the work elsewhere you will save a fortune (ex they charged me 700$ for changing brakes 3 hours work like if a beginner did it, i can do it myself faster)
