We're thrilled to have picked up our new car yesterday afternoon.  I must say, it's always been an excellent experience at BMW Laval; and it's been way over a decade!  But,  ... working with Mr. Herrera, has made it extra special!  The buying experience is always easier when someone genuinely looks to satisfy your car buying needs and experience. 👍

God I wish I could give them zero stars. Service pays no attention to detail and manages to somehow break something while fixing another problem. And good luck proving THEY did the damage. Zero customer service, incompetent staff. Just stay away. And stay away from Charles-Alain and his manager Andy in sales. Better yet, buy your car from somewhere else.

Edit: I have already contacted the dealer and BMW Canada, yet Laval refused to even apologize for their poor customer service. They did eventually fix my car to the best of their abilities after a few attempts. 

However, I was never given any sort of apology from Charles-Alain and his manager Andy in sales who REFUSED to let me test drive a vehicle.

Great experience buying an automobile from John Parker. John did a nice job paying attention to all details and was very attentive. The group at BMW did a very nice job preparing the car and having it ready. Very happy with the service at LavalBMW. Thank-you!

Simply the best dealership I’ve ever been to until now. Eric Nolet, my salesperson, managed to make an amazing deal for me. He always answered my numerous calls and e-mails and catered to all my needs. His assistant, Olivier, was eager to answer all my questions thouroughly. Together, they were part of a truly enjoyable experience at BMW Laval. Bravo guys!
