I started going there for my regular maintenance and noticed that they were not doing a complete job. I marked fluid levels before going in, and they never topped them off despite writing they did. They supposedly checked the tire pressure, and adjusted it, but I brought it in at a lower level and expected it to be adjusted, which was never done. I wonder what else they are skipping on if they don't even bother doing the little things that do not cost much. 
They also tell you work will take 30min-45min and end up taking 2 and a half hours and it is not well done. When I tell them, it takes them another hour to do it well, but end up leaving all the wires by the driver's side hanging out instead of putting them away. It is not the only time they were very late when doing work on the car. 
Finally, good luck trying to get an appointment. If the receptionist of the service department answers, everything works out fine. However, 3/4 of the time she does not answer and if you leave a voicemail, good luck because she will NEVER call you back. It happened on too many occasions where I ended up having to speak to a manager. 
I won't be going there again. I gave them too many chances.

It was the worst experience that I had ever had buying a car. I regreted going there. There is no management and professionalism at all specially in the used car section. I contacted their general manager but still, they didn’t listen to the problem that I faced with their sales men. 

They promise you something, but they do something else. I do not recommend you buying a car from this dealership specially used cars. The department members are not professionals and they treat you like a dog. You will regret dealing with this dealership.

Also, there is no interrelationship between their communication departments and sales departments. Do not believe on what the live chat people promise you, because when you go there, they do not do accordingly. They will tell you a different story.

I bought a Kia Forte LX plus 2018 here. The representative Marc Antoine was really nice, helpful and polite. Overall I'm satisfied. Everything went on time and fluidly. I recommend this Kia dealership.

Went for a test drive. No pressure frome the salesman. Had good service and communication. I bought the car, what else is needed. I highly recommend this place. Great service from the staff here.

Not so professional the right hand doesn’t talk to the left hand. Needs work on management level. Especially the used cars section
