From the moment you walk in the door, the staff at Volvo Laval is extremely polite and respectful. Great service and sales departments. They asked me a ton of questions to get an exact idea of what I was looking for and matched me with the best product. They showed me comparables and different option packages to tailor to my needs. After I got my new car, they took the necessary time to explain how everything functioned so that I was able to leave with peace of mind. Thank you Dino and the rest of the staff at Volvo Laval for taking care of all my request in such a quick and efficient manner.

Simply incredible! Worth the 2.5hrs drive from Carleton Place, On. We were sceptical about purchasing a car out of province. Mathieu assured us they would stand behind their product should it not pass the Ontario Safety inspection - it passed with flying colours. Mathieu and the team rushed to get the car ready for us on the same day (to save us another trip back). From the reception, the sales and the service personnel, this team is incredible. My 12yr old son was with us on the day of the purchase, and he too was treated like royalty. My wife was concerned there may be a language barrier, none to be found. Ontarians, take a look at their inventory. Just not when I’m going to purchase my next Volvo :). Thank you Mathieu, and the rest of the Volvo Laval team.

Very nice establishment. Staff has been there for many years and treat you well. Love the espresso machine in the waiting room

Everytime I call or come here I always have a great service! 10/10! They don't try to rip you off like the Volvo Pointe Claire. I highly recommend you these guys!
