Shopping for a Mini at Mini Laval was the easiest thing ever. My sales rep Dimitrios took time to listen to what I was searching for and found the right car for me. Just drove away in my new mini! Great experience dealing with Dimitrios. Made me feel comfortable the minute I walked in the show room. His friendly demeanour made it an absolute pleasure to make a deal with him. From the receptionist to Johnathan who hooked up my phone to Bluetooth, an awesome team at mini Laval!

Just picked up my Mini copper from Mini Laval. Excellent service was given by Dimitri Sirokakis and Massimo D’ Argenio. Their product knowledge was impeccable as well as their great quality staff. Very professional team and can honestly say that I am very happy with my choice of vehicle and dealership. Looking forward to having my car serviced knowing that I will be in GREAT hands ! Wife was interested in a Mini Countryman because we saw it at the auto show and really liked it. Met Christiano there and followed up with us the following weekday. We met him and from the moment he greeted us to the two follow ups afterwards he remained professional, courteous and made the experience fun and enjoyable. If we decide to buy a Mini, there is no reason to go anywhere else. His service is exceptional. Even the reception was helpful which in my experience is sometimes lacking. Kudos to What seems to be a great staff
