Avoid this place at all cost. I had the worst experience buying a car here. They kept changing the price of the vehicle with nonsense interest rates and extra fees. They sell lies and have one of the worst customer services I've ever seen. The manager (Simon) kept changing his word. No one returned calls. The finance woman (Nathalie) couldn't even remember who I was, even though I dealt with her three different times before regarding the same car. They don't care about the client they just care about the scam of selling the car at any cost.

I am doing this so that other people don’t go through what we went through. Please save yourself of a terrible experience and dealing with irrational people. First of all, the good reviews on here are clearly fake. We dealed for a car and nobody, from the salesman to the manager to the finance people, kept their word regarding the deal that was made. From day one everything was so desorganized nothing was written down and weird fees, taxes and extra charges were put in the contract. In the end because of their insanely high interest rate a 15,000 car was going to end up costing over 22,000 in the long run. They sell lies. The waiting times were always over 45mins and everyone was always busy in a meeting. They didn’t even care to return a call. We have never dealed with anything like this. Worst dealership.

Stay away! The sticker price on the website is not what you will pay. They refuse to sell unless one gets financing. This should be predatory practice and I wasted two hours there. The processing fee is 1500$? How is this not illegal?

Warning! Mitsubishi 2017 cars have a security problem! The software has to be updated! 30 minutes and your life won't be threatened anymore! Go! Good service at that place!
