I purchased on February 7th 2018 a Range Rover Sport 2016 with 9000km for which I paid 115,000$ with taxes. I recieved a very professional service from Jimmy, my sales rep. The good part of the story ends here... On March 11th, after having driven the truck a little bite over 500km, the truck died. Short version: battery problems, alternator problems, suspension problems and so on and so forth. On Monday March 19th I received a call letting me know that the truck was at the wash and everything was fixed and that I should pick up the vehicule after 11am. I arrived at 12:30 to pick up a dirty truck. I didn't leave the parking lot and sensors for the suspension started to flash in the dash. Problems not solved. I left the truck there. We are Thursday the 22nd of March and my truck is still at the service. I have left several messages to speak to someone in charge. No one responds. Maybe I am too demanding or maybe I am not used to driving a Range Rover having only owned Mercedes vehicules in the last few years, but this situation is absolutely ridiculous. At least my lawyers agree with me... to be continued

Just got my 2018 Discovery. Couldnt be more happier with the Service Provided by Rocky , Eman and Mathew. Very Friendly and Helpfull. Would recommend anyone to come this Dealership. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is our 3rd vehicle we leased from Jaguar Land Rover Laval-The service from Daniel Marcil and Mathew is nothing short of a BIG 5 Stars. Thank you for everything and all your advice and  making it a FUN experience. Keep up the great Family- oriented exceptional service!
