Great location in town. Live Music could be heard across the street as a bonus. The patio area is the way to go. I had a lobster roll for $34 that was good, not great. Bread got soggy on the bottom and the sandwich then is difficult to manage. Onion rings on par with anyplace that does them. The fish and chip fish portion was extremely generous. The single piece we got looked like an entire fish.

Service at the bar was great, food was excellent! The patio is a great place to people watch and is very comfortable. This was a big lunch, and delicious, I would have ate here again but we only stayed a couple days. Food came out hot and quickly and was a higher quality than average bar food. The bartender was attentive but didn’t stop by too many times and was proactive and thoughtful of our needs.

To be honest for a seafood restaurant in Maine I really expected the lobster to be hard shell and the oysters to be more plump. I would not recommend nor go back.

Maritime feel. Good service, very good food. Priced inline with the very touristy area of town it is located in.

I really enjoyed my fish and chips at Cherrystone’s. The fish was seasoned well and cooked nicely, although a tiny bit on the dry side. The fries were excellent and I’m not into fries that much. I sat on the patio and was treated to a musician playing in the park across the street, which made it all the better. The service was excellent, once I got some. Had to wait forever to get seated and be given a menu and something to drink. The 3 stars reflect the price gouging and bad service upon entering the place. I think their prices are way too high, even for Bar Harbor.

Let me say I was a little concerned with the 3.6 star rating but it was the only place we could get in without a wait. Been to bar harbor several times and have been to many of the restaurants. By far the best meal I’ve had in Bar Harbor to date. I had the Swordfish Oscar special, girlfriend had the pesto pasta. Both were worthy of 5+ stars.

Oh my goodness! Was visiting Maine and stopped in here for a bite to eat. Fabulous. We ordered WAY too much but have to make mention of the Lobster BLT! Too Die For!!!! Delicious, Fresh, Amazing. Begging to take another 15 hr drive for this BLT

We drove 9 hours to experience Acadia and Bar harbor. Though We got seated right away. The weather was chilly, but my clam chowder soup was not even warm enough. We the ordered “Maine” lobsters. They were bland and still semi cold inside and it came with only two asparagus and a cup of mashed potatoes. I think the best dish We ordered was the oysters 12 count! Our bill then came to a total of $160! For three food dishes. They charge us too high for a small amount of serving, poorly seasoned & microwave taste like food.

Best blueberry pie in bar harbor, we tried 5 restaurants on our blueberry pie expedition and this place was by far my favorite. Homemade with local Maine blueberries, cinnamon sugar crust. Served warm. Photos don’t do it justice. Highly recommend!

Had a grear dinner here. There was no wait, we got seated right away. I got the lobster ravioli and my husband had a burger. The lobster ravioli was delicious! Plenty of lobster inside the ravioli and in the sauce, which was divine. Really enjoyed it but very few dinner options for anyone who doesn't like seafood, I know thats common for the area.
