I love urban planet. The COVID prices were amazing , the service was excellent , I recommend going to urban planet for sure. You will feel like you stole your purchases , The prices are so low. For example ? I bought a winter jacketthat us worth $200.00 dollars and I paid $30.00 Can you believe it. I'm happy to get a bargain like that for sure during these oncertain times. I give them a 5 star plus. Thank you somuch for all these savings.
Worst customer service, the store manager didn’t mention there is no exchange or refund, and before we left the store we realized there was a mistake in the bill and we returned to get a refund, she refused and gave us a store credit!!! Such a scam!!!
