My main complaint is the bathrooms were a mess, toilet paper everywhere like someone had a party or something. I came for bath robes but there were none so I left empty handed and dissapointed. Good enough shoe selection and beauty products, lots of women's clothes on so called liquidation where it was $29.99 but now, oooo wait, it's $24.99!! Wow, such liquidation prices better get there quick! Sigh. For me liquidation is like 70% off or more, not 5%, whatever.

Tried to make a return and the girl at the cash was so rude! Eventually her manager came over to accept my return but the girl had a terrible attitude. Besides that I had a great shopping experience I found everything I was looking for and the jewelry girl was super helpful in helping me find a bracelet for my husband!

I love this winners but the staff seems hella disorganized. I don't know if they got new people this season but they are great for stocking the store but at cash it's efficiency is as good as the cashier. However, best winners I've been to in terms of availability of items and friendly staff.
