My main complaint is the bathrooms were a mess, toilet paper everywhere like someone had a party or something. I came for bath robes but there were none so I left empty handed and dissapointed. Good enough shoe selection and beauty products, lots of women's clothes on so called liquidation where it was $29.99 but now, oooo wait, it's $24.99!! Wow, such liquidation prices better get there quick! Sigh. For me liquidation is like 70% off or more, not 5%, whatever.

Great staff with amazing friendly attitudes. The lady’s at the jewelry counter are always super helpful. I just wish they had more selection in the home section but you can go to Homesense down the street.

There is this woman of color at the fitting room she has long black silck hair her name is maryam marian i didn’t get quite her name but when i go to the fitting she always greets me nice with a smile on her face one time i even saw her helping a woman decide what kind of short she should get and i think that’s really sweet of her considering that it’s probably not in the store protocole to do this but she’s a very sweet girl

I have never been so humiliated In my life on May 13 in the morning I had a few items to return I went directly to the cash register I was served by an older woman I gave her my receipt to do the returns received my money back to my credit card . I decided to browse around for a bit and I found 3 items at reasonable prices that I couldn’t believe and 2 more items at regular price I went to the checkout to pay for my 5 items I had gotten the same cashier Now as she is scanning my items she commented on the price of the 3 items that were at reasonable price like she was shocked herself anyhow I paid for my items and a upon leaving the buzzer goes off so I move back from the door a lady checks my items and see the sensor on one of my paid items she takes the item back to the cashier to remove the sensor and gave me back the shoe I proceeded to leave for the second time the buzzer goes off again I am now approached by two employees one check my items again and takes the second shoe back to the customer and removed the sensor the other lady said I remember you ? And asked to see my receipt to make sure that I paid for my 5 items Now I spend a lot of money on Winners and I. All the years that I have shopped there I have never experienced anything like that I had noticed that morning when I entered into the store there was two women worker by the entrance of the store the older woman act odd when I walk it with items to return in my hand I observed her lingering around the cashier as I waited in line and I got this strange vibe Now if you have ever shopped at. Winners you know all there items except for snacks has sensors and the worker all know this fact the cashier that I was dealing with is Not a new employee and even if she was they are trained what she did was intentionally based on the prices on both shoes that I purchased she left the sensor on both shoes so that I would get stopped so that the manager could check my receipt why I didn’t put the prices on those items and employee price but because the price was so low the women of colour must of changed the price. So I’m going to intentionally leave the sensors on those two items so that the manager can check the item to make sure that is the real price she really had some issues with people of colour because I know if I was a caucasian woman that bought those items at such a great price the cashier would think nothing about it and believe that is the price that she seen it at But when it comes to colour people we must of committed a crime. That is so wrong the mentality of some ignorant people that work in these stores serving the public clearly she is racist as she commented on the price of everything I bought while checking it I have never in my live experience anything like this it was humiliating and I was the only person of colour in that store when the buzzer went off all eyes on me how embarrassing that wasnn. Lastly on a different note everyone needs to check there credit card statement to make sure that they received there refunds from Winners back to there card I have noticed that items that I have returned has not been refunded back to my credit and the credit card company doesn’t see these refunds either so there is an investigation on my behalf going on because I did those returns 2 weeks ago and there sign of it being refunded

Skinny lady with Glasses extremely rude and I think shouldn’t be working there. Zero customer service skills, I think she might be in the wrong place.I’m a long time customer and won’t be getting back any time near future .
