Canadas Best Value Inn St. John

We recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived.nnThe breakfast was full of fresh and healthy options. We enjoyed laser tag arena. It added a fun and exciting element to our stay. If you are looking for a bit of adventure, that is the place. The rooms were super clean and well organized.nnWe didn't need to stay a long time for checkout because the staff, especially Wasana who made the process incredibly quick and efficient. She always wormly welcomed us.nnI highly recommend this hotel!

We had to go to New Brunswick for work and decided to stay a night to get a little family get away once work was done & we were extremely happy we did! The amenities were awesome & the wonderful friendly staff made our stay excellent. The hotel offers a wide variety of entertainment for all different ages, pool, fitness room, arcade, lazer tag & mini golfing. Everything was clean and the room was beautiful. We would stay here again regularly because of the wonderful experience we had!

My immediate family and multiple extended family stayed at the hotel for a few nights in April of this year. We were greeted with friendliness and the hotel was clean and fairly recently renovated.nThe hotel had lots to offer, A pool, hot tub, fitness room, slot, machines, games and activity centre for kids. With bowling, bumper cars, laser tag, etcnAll the kids and parents had fun. Parents vs kids laser tag was a blast.nnKaren

We were in town for a business meeting and our stay was wonderful, from arrival to departure everything was great. We arrived before the standard 3pm check-in time and was promptly checked in to our room. Madison Smithsame name as our daughter was very friendly,nbut also very professional. When we got to our room it was very clean and comfy, only thing was it had a shower and we would have rather a tub, I called the front desk and Madison had us in a room with a tub right away. We visited the restaurant for supper and met Cindy, she was a delight, the whisky burger she recommended was amazing. Raj at the front desk was amazing, great service with a smile. I have over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry with major 5 stars resort chains, so I do believe I'm qualified to say that the staff i encountered here were all top notch.

I have been singing the praises of the newly renovated Crown Plaza- and I’ve only seen the main floor so far. I’ve recommended the pool membership and the entertainment areas to friends because I was so impressed with the pool and hot-tub! Not surprising though because I stay at the Crown Plaza wherever I travel. I passed along the compliment to the friendly staff a couple of times but thought I should write that comment here. I received a membership for xmas and it’s been wonderful. I hope they reconsider and continue this service. It’s truly the only local hotel I would recommend.
