I have stayed here a few times and always been happy. Best prices, convenient location for me, service at the desk and over the phone has always been polite and helpful. Is it a luxurious 5 star experience? No. But great price and a decent room compared to similar priced, outdated, dirty looking motels. I always know what to expect when staying here and suits my needs perfectly.

Very friendly staff. Great arcade, laser tag, bumper cars and bowling place for great price.  Will be going again.  Love this place.  Very reasonable price with free hot breakfast.  Amazing family hotel.

Very terrible service. I've been here several times, volunteering with refugees, swimming, and to stay overnight. I don't know if it's because I'm in my early 20s or if this is typical but the front desk seem almost offended that you dare talk to them. There is a real sense that they don't want you there. The place is dirty. The service is terrible. Overall it is an awful place to visit. Any money saved comes at the steep price of your dignity.

Great service,  clean, good continental breakfast or breakfast a la carte option. Amazing play room for kids. Good location.
We will absolutely be back.

Stayed here for almost 3 weeks while I was in the NBWS program, front desk was friendly and always helpful, food in restaurant was good, staff tried to always make your stay fun for us there for weeks on the different programs. My room was always clean. I had some great fun there with the people I met, a couple of nights were extra fun with new friends. I would stay again for sure.
