Canadas Best Value Inn St. John

The front desk staff were very pleasant, helpful and efficient especially Wasana who looked after our needs for a week, as we had to extend our stay a couple of times due to a hospital matter. The young lady in the dining hall name unknownwas also very pleasant. Our only complaint was the bountiful breakfast was never hot or even very warm, no matter what time we arrived. The room met our needs especially with the fridge and microwave.Cleaning staff were accommodating as we only needed supplies and not complete cleaning service. The location was very convenient to reach the regional hospital. Thank you.

This hotel is in the perfect spot for visiting Saint John! Beautiful view of the pier/harbour and a view of the large SAINT JOHN sign on the hill next to it. Inside is beautifully updated, clean and modern. Rooms are gorgeous, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are luxurious…bonus points for big flat screen LG tvs with good cable! Also, the coffee and breakfast at the first floor restaurant was delicious.nI had to print something out last minute for work and the guest computer and printer is free to use. Thank you for a great stay!!

Rooms were clean , spacious and comfortable. Included breakfast buffet in morning which was always stocked. Held meetings for 5 days utilizing the meeting rooms. April and her staff were responsive in all our needs , room temperature, room set up and refreshing coffee / drinks through out day. Lunches were good, always set up on time and refilled as needed. End of day clean up was excellent , next day sessions always began with a clean organized room. Recommend hotel stay and utilization of their meeting rooms, excellent staff!

Great spot... definitely recommend. The rooms were spacious and clean. The service from front desk to housekeeping was great. They both helped with any requests in a timely manner. Location is ideal... off highway and close to passage walkway and boardwalk if your up for a stroll. I will definitely be back and certainly recommend.nTo add... the restaurant was a great asset as well with management Barb going out of way to see we got exactly what we wanted... and general staff very friendly and helpful as well. Nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend, food was delicious.
